Project VEGA no. 2/0184/15
Duration: 01/2015 – 12/2018
The aim of this project is to study the relationship between organizations and the processes of organizing which constitute their core. Although organizations are considered relatively stable and comprehensible, they are conditionally created and conditionally enduring arrangements of actions and relations which require an ongoing application and update of activities, rules and resources. Despite being regarded as units with definable borders, it is not easy to determine what comprises an organization and what not, nor where the organization has an impact and where not. The purpose of this project is to highlight the complex processes of organization and reorganization, their effects, and support for their operation. It will focus on the identification of procedures employed in the recognition of organizational settings, justification strategies for organizational changes, methods used to estimate impacts, and strategies to involve allies in the accomplishment or preclusion of reorganization.
